Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector with a focus on Utilities and Drives systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and industrial drives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Utilities and Drives products.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management, outlining progress against targets and recommending adjustments as needed.
