Fleet Management:

Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle utilization, minimize downtime, and reduce operational costs.

Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Establish maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the timely servicing and repair of vehicles, minimizing disruptions to operations.
