  1. Inventory Management:

    • Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
  3. Logistics Coordination:
    • Coordinate the transportation of food products from suppliers to distribution centers and retail stores.
    • Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and ensure timely delivery while adhering to food safety regulations.
    • Work closely with logistics partners to track shipments and address any delivery discrepancies or delays.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the freshness and safety of food products throughout the supply chain.
    • Conduct regular inspections of products and storage facilities to identify and address any quality issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Demand Planning:
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand for food products and plan inventory levels accordingly.
    • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to predict future demand and adjust procurement plans as needed.

  6. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
