Job Description

  • Helping with Project Scheduling.
  • Organizing venture installments (solicitations).
  • Task documentation the executives.
  • Facilitate with specialized group on work-in-advance
  • Visit refresh of advancement reports.
  • Sort out settings for gatherings.
  • Keeping up and refreshing the undertaking logbook.
  • Staying up with the latest with consistence guidelines.
  • Recognize and heighten to the executives any mishaps affecting on the undertaking.
  • Taking of meeting minutes, formalizing of notes taken by Project Manager/Project Engineer.

Abilities required:

  • PC educated in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web and email.
  • Solid arranging, authoritative and managerial aptitudes.
  • Capacity to organize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Solid relational abilities (verbal and composed)/Above normal order in English.
