Job Description

  • The effective hopeful will have at least fifteen (15) or more years' involvement in Oil and Gas tasks and five (5) or more years' involvement in LNG activities. Explicit experience and ability in coming up next is required:
  • Directs preparing programs that incorporate electronic workshops, printed manuals, bunch sessions, preparing recordings, and the sky is the limit from there;
  • Decides preparing needs and prerequisites for an association or gathering by gathering with directors, chatting with representatives, or overseeing studies;
  • Audits existing preparing materials delivered by outsiders to decide fittingness and importance;
  • Changes or makes course materials and reference booklets to meet explicit preparing needs;
  • Introduces face to face and internet instructional courses or contracts qualified work force to do as such;
  • Calendars instructional meetings, composes data innovation and other gear, and oversees course enrolment;
  • Screens preparing projects and manuals to guarantee that they are powerful and exceptional and makes refreshes as essential;
  • Works with supervisors to address learning issues, guidance issues, or new instructive needs in regards to explicit representatives or offices;
  • Give authority in the execution of Health, Safety and Environmental Management System and Standards;
  • Lead crisis reaction exercises;
  • Recognize Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) dangers, survey and control dangers and constantly improve and build up the HS&E program;
  • Cling to and authorize all material wellbeing, natural, security, consistence, quality measures and methodology set up by Company, Client, nearby approaches, laws and guidelines;
  • Eagerness and capacity to fill in as an individual from the crisis reaction group when required;
  • Set up and keep up compelling correspondence and working associations with field tasks, specialized companions and the executives;
  • Facilitate work exercises among all preparation assets;
  • Produce point by point work records and handover notes to encourage legitimate correspondences between work teams;
  • Plan, calendar and execute work exercises in a financially savvy way;
  • Give direction to Company and contract staff in arranging day by day exercises on a standard premise;
  • Give specialized ability as required and coach and show others aptitudes important to keep up and work gear;
  • Resolve issues freely and raise muddled issues to a larger amount;
  • Arranging and booking with the different specialties for routine fixes and support; 
  • Four year certification in Engineering.
