Job Description

  • Encourage mechanical specialized preparing programs that satisfy the prerequisites of the mechanics support groups in Fermel .
  • Facilitate and regulate an organized at work (OTJ) program for specialized staff .
  • Encourage administrator preparing programs .
  • Connect with students in an intelligent learning procedure to upgrade learning capacities .
  • Recognize preparing and advancement prerequisites .
  • Invigilate appraisals, get ready reports of test outcomes .
  • Heighten uncertain issues to the board and process proprietors .
  • Interface with preparing masters, line supervisors and business partners
  • Plan preparing conveyance reports.
  • Exchange Test (Diesel or Auto Electrical).
  • Must be an enrolled Assessor and Moderator with applicable SETA.
  • Industry authoritative consistence/information.
  • Must have sound learning of mechanical frameworks, electronic blame discoveries.
  • Have a decent mechanical foundation with the capacity to peruse illustrations and electrical and pressure driven schematics.
  • Solid PC aptitudes (PowerPoint, Word, and so on.)
  • Solid oral (open talking) and composed relational abilities.
  • Willing to make a trip to destinations to convey preparing.
