Job Description
Our client is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive inside sales and lead generation activities
- Research target companies and decision-makers to build a strong and relevant sales pipeline
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to introduce the company’s value proposition
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with prospective clients to support long-term business development
- Clearly communicate product and service offerings in German and English, tailoring messaging to client needs
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to hand over qualified leads and support deal progression
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and interactions using CRM tools
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to achieving outreach and lead targets in a remote working environment
- Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines independently
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies and solve challenges in the sales process
Required Skills
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for effectively identifying potential clients
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to build and maintain relationships
- Strong Communication skills in German and English for conveying value propositions effectively
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation
- Previous experience in a sales development or related role is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working remotely and demonstrating time management and organizational skills
