Job Description

Bogota D.C. Colombia (English & Spanish must)  

Role Description 

·       This is a full-time on-site /hybrid role as a Regional Sales Manager LATAM located in Bogota, D.C. Colombia to cover South & Central America region & located in South Africa Johannesburg to cover the Southern / East African region.

·       Minimum 7+ years of experience in Hardcore sales / BD, appointing Dealers /Distributors / Retailers

·       Experience in the home fashion/textile/furniture / Garments industry is preferred. 

·       As a Regional Sales Manager, the person will be responsible for managing sales activities, establishing new sales channels & setting up YOY targets and developing strategic sales plans for the assigned region.  

·       will be responsible for introducing new customers & building/maintaining strong relationships with new / Existing customers, distributors, and Retailers.

·       Experience in analysing market trends, developing sales strategies, and conducting market research

·       Should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

·       Experience in managing & building sales teams

·       Knowledge of the region's market and culture

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English

·       Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications: 

·       Master's / bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.

Reporting: 

·       Reporting to GM-Global Sales

NB: 

·       Preference will be a Female candidate between 25 to 35 years.

·       We are looking salary budget between $30,000 to $36,000 annuRole Description
