- Control, screen and break down the operational and money related execution of the foundation.
- Add to the investigation of the money related wellbeing of the Institution and propose remedial measures.
- Get ready and track the financial limit over the establishment and every division.
- Enhance the administration of organization assets (cost decrease and procedure improvement).
- Revealing and introductions- Control the wellsprings of data (GIS, Accounting, Human Resources).
- Get ready and transmit reports and introductions to the different partners of the organization on schedule.
- Framework- As a team with Operations and Accounting, screen and control from the earlier (tests on account of improvements or bug fixes) and a posterior (unconstrained and occasional checks) of the information present in the framework.
- Examination- Create follow-up breaks down of operational and money related execution.
- Help different offices as required (advancement or improvement of devices, requirement for data, and so on.).
- Spending limit- Dynamic investment in the planning of the yearly Business Plan.
- Month to month observing of the spending limit by office (HR, showcasing, review, preparing, and so forth.).
- Improvement of devices for office heads to enable them to track and plan their costs.
- Cost decrease (cost-cutting)- Control of costs (base camp and offices) and acknowledgment of counter-statements (and peddling) from various providers when purchasing products or administrations.
- Month to month pay proclamation by organization
- Investigation of the qualities and shortcomings of every organization and the switches of benefit
Required profile:
- Advanced education (Bac +4/5) in the board control, money, financial matters
- Demonstrated understanding of 4 to 5 years similarly situated.
- Authority of the Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, feeling of activity, capacity to control and review
