Job Description

  • To examine, plan, create and encourage OD mediations over the organization and guarantee ideal working of the Regions.
  • To encourage Change Management and training intercessions inside the Regions so as to help change activities of the organization.
  • Encourage and exhort on auxiliary changes in the Regions in accordance with Organizational Design standards and rules inside the organization Facilitate group building, assemble framing, key arranging, workshops, and sessions and projects to guarantee durable working of groups and to guarantee that the destinations of the Regions are met.
  • To actualize progression designs of the Regions in accordance with organizations Talent Management structure and counsel workers in the Region on profession advancement to guarantee the supportability of business.
  • To offer help in executing Assessment and Development focus exercises so as to educate human asset choices.
  • To arrange Organizational plan exercises in the area so as to add to the HR system of the organization.
  • To oversee and actualize the Human Resource Development and give preparing to all organization representatives in the locales.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures for OD activities and procedures.

Necessities:

  • Single degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource (NQF 7).
  • Human Resource the board/advancement related subjects (alluring).
  • Capabilities in organisaional advancement (alluring) Honors degree (attractive).
  • 3 years Experience in Organizational Develpment mediations.
