- Multi year degree in a horticultural related field or 1 year earlier creation/fabricating supervisory experience.
- Exhibited initiative, instructing and group building abilities.
- Must have the capacity to work successfully as an individual from a profoundly energetic supervisory crew.
- Must have the capacity to discuss successfully with all dimensions of the Cargill association.
- Fundamental PC information including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel,Word).
- Past evident involvement in the Beef Processesing Industry.
- Biligual English/Spanish Oral and Written or English/Somali Oral and Written.
