Organize to service each business department while improving and maintaining over
all operational services and unit efficiencies to meet clients' standards.
? Interface cross- functionally at all levels within the department of the company
including communication with offshore/ subsidiary management, external resources
and concerns such as third-party providers and governmental and private agencies'
? Maintain a register of all key equipment or items within the department.
? In charge of strategic direction of the day to day operations of the department.
? Prepare a weekly and monthly review of performance and report same to the General
? Provides direction for systems improvements and changes to operational requirements.
? Effect necessary communication and motivation to operations leadership team.
? Develop visible procedure and key performance indicators to monitor quality and
regular measurements to determine effectiveness of procedures implemented.
? Ensure proper compliance and adherence to all appropriate health and safety
regulations and cleanliness requirements are followed both with regards for personal
and inventory safety.
? Collaborate with the Head of Finance and to prepare the budget Operational
