- The Mine Superintendent will report the Mine Manager and will be in charge of the protected and productive activity of the mine and related regions, including however not constrained to ordinary burden and pull, dewatering and gear administrator preparing.

- Communication with Geology, Mobile Maintenance and Processing Departments, just as with other help divisions;

Necessities:
- Mine Engineering or Technical degree (or related equal);
- Minimum ten (10) years' involvement in open pit metal condition with more than three (+3) years' understanding on director level;
- A cooperative person with great relational abilities;
- Good composed and oral relational abilities;
- Pro-dynamic, self-inspired, fit for driving others and conveying the work item as required in a lean domain;
- Willing to mentor and tutor colleagues to make an exceptionally viable group;
- Experience with Dispatch/Fleet Management framework;
- Physically fit to play out the obligations of the position.
