• Basic: Hardrock mining background Essential: Both UG and Open Pit activities experience 
• Essential: Modern automated mining methodsMandatory: Extensive business travel to Africa tasks (30% of time) 
• QUALIFICATIONS: BSc Mining/Engineering Degree or proportionate, or identical operational experience 
• Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency or equivalentEight (8) to ten (10) years operational experience inside both open pit mining and underground conditions of which at any rate three (3) years is at a trough level or in a specialized pro role
• A post-advanced education capability in a mining-related control will be a bit of leeway A pertinent business capability (e.g., MBA, money related course) will be a bit of leeway 
• TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Safety Can distinguish and translate dangers and resolve developing issues;
