Job Description

  • Provide strategic advice to management on the development and evaluation of the organizational structure to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Design and oversee the implementation of the staff performance management system, ensuring all employees have up-to-date job descriptions and clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

  • Manage staffing levels to ensure efficient recruitment processes, including staff placement, contract management, and retention strategies.

  • Offer guidance on the company's remuneration framework and ensure employment terms 

  • Advise on employment legislation, the organization's code of conduct, and relevant HR regulations, ensuring compliance to foster a fair and harmonious work environment.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of HR policies, strategies, and procedures. 

  • Lead succession planning, staff development, and career progression initiatives to enhance both individual and organizational performance.

  • Develop and manage the Human Resource and Administration budget.
