Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Automation Engineer/Technician to lead the future of our automated production factories.

You’ll be part of our dynamic Engineering Team, working on:

? Troubleshooting PLC programs on the production floor

? Leading robotics and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) integration projects

? Ensuring manufacturing runs with peak efficiency, reliability & safety

???? Key Responsibilities

???? Design, develop, program & test PLC and HMI applications

???? Configure and integrate sensors, vision systems, VFDs, and robotics

???? Collaborate with maintenance, production & IT teams

???? Troubleshoot and resolve electrical & control system issues

???? Maintain schematics, diagrams, and system documentation

???? Lead automation projects (budgeting, scheduling, commissioning)

???? Drive continuous improvements in performance, safety & quality

???? Train and support technicians & operators

???? Stay updated on IIoT, Machine Learning, Digital Twins

???? Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

? Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering

? 3+ years’ hands-on experience in automation systems within manufacturing

Technical Proficiency

? PLC Programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider Electric)

? HMI/SCADA (Wonderware, Ignition, FactoryTalk View, Siemens WinCC)

? Robotics integration (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA – highly desirable)

? Motion control (servo drives, VFDs)

? Electrical design (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)

? Networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP)
