Job Description

  • Aids dissemination, accumulation RFQ, follow up of conveyance products from providers so as guarantee auspicious supply of merchandise and enterprises.
  • Deliver PO's (buy orders) for accumulation of products.
  • Assists in resource the executives by keeping up caretaker sheet, resource enrollment and give contributions to refresh on resource register.
  •  Implement and keep up a proficient, viable and deliberate recording framework for all acquisition related data and documentation as per creative documenting conventions guaranteeing simple access and following.
  • Prepare installment demands and follow up on gathering/conveyance of checks where applicable.
  • Responsible for development and upkeep of harmed resources, power for all office rooms.
  • Regularly update the Procurement Manager on the status of merchandise and ventures to be acquired, Summarize and get ready obtainment status and buy esteem reports.

Requirements:

  • BA degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, coordinations, the board or related field.
  • Somewhere around three years of acquirement related work understanding.
  • Experience of working with worldwide association is favored.
  • Involvement with USAID-supported activities is an additional favorable position.
  • Experience using PCs - word handling, spreadsheet.
  • Enthusiastic about subtleties with great explanatory abilities.
  • Familiarity with both oral and composed correspondence in English.
