What You Will Be Doing: The Mission of a Goal Setter Recruiter

You will be a guide, a mentor, and a catalyst for change. Your role is to empower people to achieve their most ambitious goals using the Zibuke app. You will:

• Connect & Collaborate: Build genuine relationships with people, understanding their needs and helping them see the possibility of a better future.
• Serve & Empower: Guide individuals to change the behaviours that hold them back, helping them achieve goals that will change their lives forever.
• Support & Celebrate: Check in weekly with those you help, tracking their progress and celebrating their wins.
• Build a Community: Ask for references from those who have achieved their outcomes, helping us reach even more people.

Remmuneration

• Your Pay: You will earn a basic salary of R22,000 per month.
• Your Bonus: If you have reach target in a month, you will receive a bonus of R30,000 on top of your salary. This bonus is achievable every month!

·        Your Total Potential: That’s a life-changing R52,000 per month! This is not a pipe dream, it's an achievable reality for our top performers every single month.
