About the Role

We are a fast-growing U.S. financial services organization working with seniors nationwide. Our marketing generates warm, inbound leads from people who requested a free Will Kit / Estate Planning package.

Your role is simple and important:
You do not sell anything.
You do not cold call.

You speak with people who already asked for information and book them onto the calendar for a licensed financial professional.

This is a volume-based, execution-focused role for someone who works fast, speaks clearly, and follows systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Calling warm inbound leads who requested a free Will Kit

  • Confirming interest and basic information

  • Explaining the free package clearly and confidently

  • Booking appointments directly onto our calendar system

  • Updating notes accurately in our CRM

  • Following scripts while sounding natural and professional

  • Hitting daily call and booking targets consistently

What You Will NOT Be Doing

  • No cold calling

  • No selling or closing

  • No handling payments

  • No financial advice

Your only KPI is appointments booked and show rate.

Requirements

  • Excellent, neutral English (very clear speaking voice)

  • Comfortable speaking with seniors (55+)

  • Fast learner who can follow scripts and systems precisely

  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

  • Strong work ethic – this is a real full-time role

  • Comfortable making high daily call volume

  • Prior appointment-setting or call center experience is a plus

  • Clean CRM notes

  • Strong attendance and reliability
