????Job Responsibilities:

 

1.      ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Financial Compliance & Tax Management: Ensure all company financial activities in Zambia fully comply with local regulations. Oversee tax filing, tax planning, and handle tax audits. Manage cross-border tax arrangements with the Chinese headquarters.

1. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Treasury & FX Risk Management: Take full responsibility for cash flow management, optimizing local and cross-border fund transfers. Focus on managing exchange rate risks between the Zambian Kwacha and currencies like USD, develop hedging strategies, and navigate potential local forex controls.
2. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Financial Reporting & Group Alignment: Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Zambian standards, while also reporting under Chinese Accounting Standards and group requirements. Submit regular management reports to HQ, clearly explaining local performance and significant financial matters.
3. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Cost Control & Business Partnership: Oversee project costs and operational expenditures, establishing a localized budgeting and control system. Provide financial analysis, pricing, and contract review support for business activities like market expansion and engineering projects.

 

????Qualifications:

1.      ????????????Priority will be given to Chinese professionals based in Zambia?

2.  ??????????????????????????Bachelor's degree or above in finance or a related field; fluent in Chinese and English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)?

3.  ???????????3????????????Familiar with cost accounting in manufacturing, with at least 3 years of experience in financial management roles
