Job Description
Location: Walvis Bay, Namibia
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business
opportunities to increase the company's revenue and market share.
This individual will be an energetic, proactive, and results-driven
sales professional who excels at cold calling, networking, and building
relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify
and prospect potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns,
social media outreach, and networking events.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand
their business needs and position the company's products/services as the
solution.
- Develop
and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare
and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to
potential customers.
- Close
deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Completed Matric (matric certificate required)
- Proven track record of success in an external sales
hunter role, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in new business development and B2B sales in a corporate
environment
- Established network of corporate clients in the Logistics/Cold Chain/Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing/Engineering/ Marine/Car Rental/Mining and/or
Transport industry
- Strong cold calling and pipeline growth
background
- Strong closing ratios
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
