Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and communications
- Process expense reports and invoices, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate team meetings, events, and property site visits
- Maintain organized filing systems for property documents and contracts
- Assist with resident communications and property management software
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting processes
Requirements:
- 1+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in an American Accent
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
