Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and communications
  • Process expense reports and invoices, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and property site visits
  • Maintain organized filing systems for property documents and contracts
  • Assist with resident communications and property management software
  • Support budget tracking and financial reporting processes

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in an American Accent
  • Experience with property management software preferred
  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
