- 8-10 years Management involvement in car industry
- Four year college education in Engineering
- Inside and out involvement in overseeing complex ventures especially in plant improvement and car item presentation
- Demonstrated range of abilities in neighborhood processing plant prerequisites by Egyptian Government and Audit frameworks like ISO, OHSAS and IATF
- Involvement in executing Lean ventures in accordance with Six Sigma accreditations, Lean Management
- Undertaking Management learning and practice (PMP authentication is liked)
- Key scholar with the capacity to design and operationalize business methodologies
- Familiarity with English
- Solid Leadership and Interpersonal aptitudes
