We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage customer inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless experience for both retail and wholesale clients. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media

  • Process retail and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines

  • Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

  • Support sales promotions and marketing campaigns

  • Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and refunds

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service (retail or wholesale experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
