We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage customer inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless experience for both retail and wholesale clients. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Process retail and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines
Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Support sales promotions and marketing campaigns
Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and refunds
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service (retail or wholesale experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
