Job Description

  • Respond to client's tickets convenient and to exhort as needs be.
  • Receive calls and can explain customer's Issues agreeably.
  • Keep Customers Informed on the status of their requests, affirm installments and actuate/allocate them in like manner.
  • Respond speedily to client enquiries and requests.
  • Obtain and assess all applicable data to deal with item and administration request.
  • Assigned Internet advertising jobs on our web based life accounts, websites and so forth.
Capabilities.

  • University degree in English/Languages from a legitimate University.
  • Must be prepared to work Five days a week,shift including on an end of the week (day/night move)
  • Spoken relational abilities
  • Problem tackling aptitudes.
  • Interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong telephone contact taking care of aptitudes and undivided attention
  • Patient enough to deal with customers with weight.
