A leading, large-scale security services company in Ghana is seeking an experienced expatriate CEO to lead its next phase of growth and operational excellence.
The CEO will have full responsibility for strategy, operations, financial performance, compliance, overseeing nationwide security operations and senior leadership team.
The CEO will have full executive responsibility for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of a large, multi-site security services organization operating nationwide in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the company’s long-term strategy, growth plans, and market positioning
• Lead and oversee all operational activities, including guarding services, control rooms, logistics, and field management
• Ensure strong financial performance through budgeting, cost control, profitability, and revenue growth
• Establish and maintain robust governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks in line with local regulations and international standards
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing senior management team
• Manage relationships with key clients, government authorities, regulators, and strategic partners
• Oversee security standards, training programs, and quality assurance across all operations
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and technology adoption
• Represent the company externally and strengthen its brand and reputation in the market
This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, large-scale, and people-intensive environment, while aligning global best practices with local market realities
