Job Description

  • Develop branch/business execution on all KPIs to guarantee group/branch productivity
  • Backing and regulate Sales Managers/Broker Unit Managers in prospecting for New Businesses, improving the nature of offers, meeting and surpassing business targets, and so forth.
  • Oversee and drive the full usage of every new activity that prompts the accomplishment of key business goals
  • Be in charge of Performance audit with Sales Managers and Broker Unit Managers (Daily/Weekly KRA Management)
  • In charge of dealing with all back office staff in the unit (Customer Service Officers, Premium Admin Officer, NSPs, Contract Staff, and so forth.)
  • Be in charge of overseeing client administration expectations in the unit (NPS, Morning Hurdles, settling customer issues, and other client driven activities)
  • Handle claims examinations and report same to Head of Forensics
  • Arrange and encourage Sales Agents and Back Office Trainings and report same to the Training Unit as a major aspect of month to month reports
  • First Degree in a pertinent field from an authorize University
  • At least 3 years total working background as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in a Distribution job
  • More likely than not demonstrated reputation as a Sales/Agency Manager
  • Involvement in overseeing other practical zones, for example, client administration, premium administrator and general organization.
