• Experience in non-ferrous metal flotation plants
• Should have participated/reviewed mineralogy study & flotation test works
• Development of flow sheet from test work findings
• Basic and detailed engineering review/ preparation
• Guide & review mineralogy study and flotation & roaster test works
• Ensure engineering / flow sheet finalization for flotation & roaster to meet ore characteristics
• Review Process Calculations
• Guide test work and studies
