Job Description

  • Attending and listening to customers’ necessities and providing to as it should be to make a sale.
  •  Challenging any objections in order to getting the patron to buy.
  •  Making correct, speedy cost calculations and imparting a patron with Proforma Invoice/Quotation.
  • Following up with a client concerning bills (Shortfall and credit score consumer).
  • Liaising with Sales Admin regarding; placement of an order, Release order, Tax bill, Statement of bills, Registration card, Number plates, PDI, Vehicle transport and Gate pass.
  •  Handing files (Delivery word, Gate skip, Tax bill, Warrant ebook, CSI form and Registration card) and explaining to a purchaser at some stage in automobile delivery. Customer visits Organizing income visits to demonstrate and present merchandise.
  •  Maintaining and growing relationships with current clients in character, thru cellphone calls and emails. Customers’ contacts Acting as a contact among Toyota Tanzania Limited and its current and potential markets.
  • Responding to incoming emails and get in touch with enquiries on a timely way.
  • Creating and updating clients’ file in Autoline gadget regularly on a timely manner. 
  • Events/Displays Attending exchange exhibitions, events and vehicle display to represent Toyota Tanzania Limited.
  • New customers Arrange meetings with capacity customers to prospect for brand spanking new commercial enterprise.
  • Gathering information and gain an know-how of clients commercial enterprise and requirements.
  • Reporting Get customers feedbacks and document to control.
  • Attending inner team meetings and sharing exceptional exercise with colleagues.
  • Report sales team month-to-month and yearly sale.
  • Monitoring Ensure income team affords high-quality customer service to fulfill customers’ requirements.
  • Monitoring sales group performance to make certain sales goals (Monthly and Yearly) are met for this reason and finished.
  • Communicating sales group dreams to ensure closing dates are met on time and running with the to be had resources.
  • Identifying areas for brand new education/abilties wanted and suggesting to management.
