Job Description

  • Encourage distributors to reach sales targets.
  • Visit customers directly or jointly with distributors to present our products sales argumentation.
  • Basic technical support and follow-up of both customers and distributors.
  • Identifying and development of new customers, markets and business opportunities in the industrial market:
  • Active use of the existing resources of information sales records, professional directories, internet,to search for potential new customers and market opportunities.
  • Strong focus on the development of new business.
  • Researching and introduction of Tolsa’s products and special additives in new fields of application.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of solid sales experience in the industrial market (B2B).
  • Technical background (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is a plus) or experience in a technical B2B market.
  • .Strong team player, self-managed and proactive with a demonstrated sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable with working home-office.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-borders.
