- Management qualification will be an advantage
- Project Management qualification will be an advantage.
- At least ten years’ experience of which there must:
- Seven years a quality, R&D or manufacturing role at a manufacturer of health supplements (i.e. nutraceuticals, multivitamins and related products), herbal medicines and powdered nutrition supplements
- Five years involvement in the development of finished product formulations and prototypes in various dosage forms e.g. tablet, capsule, effervescent, syrup, liquids, granulated powders, fine powders.
- Seven year’s project management and/or managerial experience.
Qualification:- A Bachelor of Science Honours or similar tertiary qualification
- A Masters qualification is preferred
- Management qualification will be an advantage
- Project Management qualification will be an advantage.
