Job Description
- With habitual communication and planning with Marketing and income branch, put together all documents required for export.
- Manage and speak with Freight forwarder on documentations, handling export and product temperature statistics
- Actively handle Ethiopian Airlines problems related to export
- Track National bank reporting
- Collectect, record and make equipped all export documents
- Coordinate protection police with the cold truck motive force
- After inputs authorized for foreign procurement, become aware of and technique the documents required for uploading along with but not limited to Import allow, Bank Transfer, Insurance, Bank allow, certifications required, and so on
- Track the shipments
- Work with Clearing agent and make prepared all files required for ontime Custom Clearing
- Arrange delivery automobiles while asked for team of workers transportation, product and input deliveries.
- Track the utilization and performance of cars used for transportation and product shipping
- Systematically examine the company utilization of fleets
- Build robust relationship with cold truck providers
- Make sure bloodless Truck arrived on time in % house for loading and ET Cargo with out no issues and delays in each shipments
- Track the temperature and performance of bloodless trucks
- Local income logistics are coordinated and made to be had on time.
- Rented Vehicle Management
- Rented vehicles performance and performance informations are gathered and recorded.
- With ordinary communication and planning all purchase requests are accrued on time and request precis submitted.
- Input providers recognized, while essential proforma invoices and samples are accumulated.
- Quality and amount of goods and provider are proved to be just like required specifications.
- All updated vital records and files are collected from suppliers for input bought.
