Job Description

  • Oversee everyday Site Operations (Systems, Network, Voice) as one with the Centralized Technology Operations group.

  • Furnish customer benefit conveyance in accordance with the concurred Master Service Agreement (MSA) and administration levels (SLA/s), according to contract.

  • Oversee Customer Relationships and go about as a first Point of Contact for any Process/Functional Escalations.

  • You need a decent comprehension of Networking, Systems, Voice and business applications, the capacity to interface and convey at all levels .

  • Experience overseeing Client Teams – particularly Client Technology Teams, and outer Vendors Management – Primarily for Service Desk Management, Purchases and New Initiatives.
