Job Description

1. Analyse technology trends to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support new technology solutions.

2. Manage enterprise, network and/or security systems and infrastructure to ensure system availability and improve performance, resilience and stability.

3. Manage the integrity of the database and SAP environments to achieve and maintain system reliability, availability and performance.

4. Provide 3rd line infrastructure support and incident management within SLA.
5. Provide infrastructure reporting in a timely manner and aligned to the agreed communications plan for all relevant stakeholders.

6. Build and maintain relationships with business and portfolio stakeholders, and across Group IT, to implement a continuous improvement plan and drive
collaboration within the organisation.

7. Effectively manage self to deliver on agreed individual and team objectives.
