Retail Manager

Job Description

  • Able to execute a retail strategy to increase sales within the business unit
  • Must be energetic and be prepared to work retail hours.
  • Strong problem solving skills due to the fast moving environment and complexities of the business.
  • Need to be able to lead, manage and drive a team of 10 to 20 staff members
  • Attention to detail and the ability to execute the system to ensure the stores conformance.
  • Effective communication, ensures that stake holders are informed on all important concern staff.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Responsible for the entire administrational function ensuring compliance on all levels.


Experience / Skills and Knowledge:


  • This person will have been active in retail for 7 years and currently managing a retail operation for at least 4 years.
