Job Description

  • Participate in imposing the USAID Kizazi Kipya studies and gaining knowledge of agenda consisting of enrollment assessments, baseline assessment, undertaking assessment and other studies and learning priorities .
  • Ensure moral conduct of research activities, consisting of control and implementation of IRB strategies, ensuring adherence to usa level IRB regulations and approaches.
  •  Provide guide in conducting centered reviews and operations research, along with design, statistics collection, management, evaluation, file writing, and dissemination of findings.
  •  Participate in growing the implementation of trendy operating procedures for mastering activities .
  • Collaborate with USAID Kizazi Kipya companions engaged in studies and gaining knowledge of efforts to make certain timely implementation, adherence to research ethics and sound layout and records quality .

  • A minimal of a diploma in social sciences, public health, demography, information, economics or associated subject.

Experience:

  • Minimum three years of labor experience in designing, imposing and handling studies, tracking and evaluating health and/or development initiatives in growing nations.
  • Experience in designing formative evaluation, assessment, quantitative and qualitative studies, reporting, facts first-rate tests, facts evaluation and presentation MER enjoy in OVC and HIV prevention programing, including information of the PEPFAR indicators.
  •  Experience and know-how of america authorities-funded programs framework and reporting machine .
  • Experience in records evaluation, outcomes presentation and interpretation.
  • Experience in writing abstracts and offering studies findings at country wide and global meetings .
