Job Description
- Monitor SETA research strategy and requests for data.
- Input into skills planning strategy.
- Produce guidelines to encourage skills development in the sector.
- Conduct research into the sector.
- Financial control of the research budget and expenditure.
Candidate Requirements:
- A three-year qualification with a focus on research. Post-graduate degrees will be desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant sector and national datasets in the area of skills development and education.
- Monitoring and evaluation knowledge and experience.
- Previous exposure to SETA environment would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
