Job Description

  1. Analyze, Plan, Guide ASMs & monitor service activities covering all key business influencers / Stake holders (Dealers, MFS, Fleet Owners, Micro finance banks, Mechanic & Rider Associations, Institutions etc.
  2. Channel development : Standardize Workshops as per BAL Norms
  3. Implement & Ensure Adherence of SOPs - Standard Operating Procedures at all workshops.
  4. Train the Trainer & Plan His schedule on monthly basis
  5. Team Competency Building : Train his team members ( ASMs & Technicians ) to improve their diagnostics & Trouble shooting skills
  6. Monitor Product Performance across the region & Generate Detailed Product failure reports Accomplish Organizational goals & Initiatives within timelines with Accuracy 
  7. MIS : Shall maintain MIS, Analyze Data, Identify & Initiate corrective actions swiftly to meet Organizational Goals.
