Job Description

  • Understand requirements to support delivery; Recommend changes to the requirements within the scope of the deliverables.
  •  Understand the solution design for business and systems; Recommend improvements to the overall design within the scope of the deliverables.
  • Understand the system components that are being delivered in support of the project.
  • Contribute to the review of test plans; Coordinate the systems internal and user acceptance testing; Adhere to bug reporting & tracking policies to ensure coverage.
  • Monitor the deployment/implementation of a given enhancement; Ensure that the deployment was successful via participation in Post Implementation Testing; Adhere to bug reporting & tracking policies to ensure coverage.
  • Provide thorough and accurate status and project reporting to the team lead and other stakeholders where appropriate. Takes ownership and ensure the timely resolution of open items. Escalations must be timely.
  • Facilitates Product Release Meetings & Documentation; Ensures that issues and risks are identified, understood, and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to scope and schedule.
  • Documents, communicates all changes for a release in release notes which are published to both Internal and cross-functional teams, and the business.
  • Based on product commitments (migration data, regulatory data, and additional product content), customer and vendor service requests, and changes to support third party applications.
