Job Description

  • To lead on the configuration of ICT community structures and equipment; together with hardware, peripherals, and software program and make certain efficient overall performance and deployment of appropriate commercial enterprise and aid offerings.

  • Troubleshooting gadget and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and changing parts as required.
  •  Providing help, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Supporting the roll-out of recent programs.
  •  Setting up new customers' bills and profiles and coping with password problems.
  • Technical guide for human beings the use of the network and day after day management and monitoring of community use.
  •  Provide up to date and constant construct specification and documentation for the middle IT infrastructure and IT safety infrastructure.
  •  Management LAN and WAN infrastructure, consisting of telephony (IP, E1 and VOIP shipping) QoS, and VPN.

  • University diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  •  Master’s Degree or Diploma can be an added gain.
  •  Minimum of two years running revel in in a incredibly business IT surroundings related to planning, layout, development, implementation and preservation of LAN/WAN and big commercial ICT infrastructure and networking systems is needed. 
  •  Professional technical qualification in CISCO, WAN/LAN technologies and ITIL required.
