Job Description
Develop and put in force M&E plan of undertaking to generate ordinary records related to development of the mission.
Develop commonplace indicators for records series, layout data collection equipment/ templates, and assist for regular records series/era procedure.
- Provide technical guide to undertaking workforce on enforcing M&E plan and logical framework.
- Liaise with task control to acquire and analyze information and to decide progress achieved. Project Information Management.
- Track assignment's output and final results stage consequences at the periodic foundation in close coordination with task's enforcing team in addition to with IPs.
- Collect, test, affirm and bring together information from the field as stipulated inside the M&E plan.
- Review and bring together monitoring reviews, mission progress reviews, assessment reports, images, case research video documentaries, powerpoint presentation, etc.
- Update and preserve the mission database.
- Provide technical support to workforce contributors for all M&E related activities.
- Train personnel individuals on M&E standards, skills and gear.
- Work closely with enforcing crew for enhancing their potential for proper information collection and reporting.
- Contribute to layout TOR, training substances, communication substances associated with venture and M&E System.
- Review field-degree assessment reviews, baseline research, and evaluation reports.
- Ensure that reviews from partners are whole and meet the exceptional requirements.
- Work closely to make sure that training learned from venture opinions are documented well.
- Contribute for growing and coping with expertise products (expertise control) of assignment.
- Prepare monitoring area go to plan and behavior tracking visit as and while required.
- Conduct everyday tracking of assignment's interventions to ensure the first-class delivery of inputs and make contributions for producing expected results.
- Participate in internal and outside monitoring project.
- Work carefully with the project team member and applicable stakeholders for monitoring and assessment of venture interventions.
- Assist to arrange and facilitate diverse occasions along with meetings, workshops, meetings, and seminars.
- Carry out other obligations and responsibilities associated with M&E as assigned with the aid of manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Project Management, Administration, Information Management, Finance and any other relevant instructional background.
- 3 to 5 years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience (essential)
- Good level of skill ability in Windows Excel and quantitative analysis
- Ability to layout M&E tools, surveys, surveillance structures, and critiques.
- Demonstrated capability to teach and construct the potential of others.
- Good interpersonal, communications, and facilitation talents.
- Hands on revel in of managing database software.
