- Working knowledge of TourPlan, Wilderness Window, WISH or any comparable booking operating structures.
- General product knowledge on Southern Africa with a large focus on South Africa.
- Personal or knowledgeable Travel enjoy.
- Service and end result oriented.
- Self-starter with excessive-strength stages.
- Accuracy in carrier supplying.
- Team employee with the capacity to interface with customers and workforce. Passionate and creative in carrier providing, dedicated to patron pleasure and looking "to go the extra-mile".
- Excellent conversation abilties both written and oral. Ability to finish sales ensuring maximum agent and visitor pride and enterprise consequences.
- Organized, methodical, structures primarily based and top time management capabilities.
