Job Description

  • Process orders through e-mail or phone.
  • Check statistics accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to gain missing facts or solution queries.
  • Liaise with the Logistics branch to make certain timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer information.
  • Develop month-to-month income reports
  • Communicate critical comments from customers internally.
  • Ensure income goals are met and report any deviations.
  • Stay updated with new merchandise and functions.

Requirements

  • Proven paintings revel in as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on enjoy with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel mainly)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • A team participant with high degree of willpower
  • Ability to paintings underneath strict closing dates
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or applicable discipline is a plus
