- Develop effective working relationships with customers.
- Approach customers via cold calling and unsolicited mail to inquire approximately their insurance conditions and destiny needs.
- Deliver policy proceeds after a declare is filed and accredited.
- Communicate with Insurance Adjusters approximately the life cycle of each declare.
- Explain the variations in policy specifics so customers can make informed decisions about their purchases.
- Assist with obtaining underwriting approval.
- Respond to customers’ questions and proceedings.
- Follow up with customers after preliminary meetings or conversations
- Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales
