• Documenting and responding to the user’s queries & issues.Administer first line problem solving to end users.Assessing the hardware and software complications and proceed with relevant troubleshooting.Investigating network obstacles, strategize and execute solutions.

• Responsible for all information and communications with technology relevant equipment, maintaining to policies and managing the asset registers.Simplify all warranty claims / exchanges.Maintaining of active directory objects.Guiding, building and managing healthy internal relationships with users.Providing consultancy to the company’s security and safety, health and environment policies, procedures and legal obligations.
