  • Performing a long way flung troubleshooting via diagnostic techniques.
  • Determining the fine solution based totally at the hassle.
  • Walking the character via the trouble-solving approach.
  • Directing unresolved issues to the ITSO based completely in Kigali with the intention to collaboratively decide on the satisfactory way forward for decision.
  • Providing accurate records on IT products or services to the clients.
  • Recording activities and issues and their choice in logs.
  • Passing on any feedback or suggestions thru customers to the ITSO suitable internal organization.
  • Identifying and suggesting possible enhancements on technique
  • Configuring workstations, laptops and peripheral system or any IT-based system (pills, smartphones, and so forth.)
  • Installing, troubleshoot, repair, replace and keep workstations and laptops.
  • Install, hold, and troubleshoot printers/copiers
  • Managing consumables of printers and copiers.
