Job Description


  • Generate revenue for the company through acquiring new customers, as well as increasing business with existing customers.
  • Deliver monthly sales targets by selling advertising space on our platform
  • Assess and analyse business needs with recommendations on training programs to enhance and share knowledge and skills with the team.
  • Ensure a successful customer journey –ensuring that all accounts are being contacted and revenue maximised.
  • Sell digital advertising space to new accounts.
  • Maximising revenue from existing accounts.
  • Face to face meeting with clients to propose company services.
  • Direct sales presentation.
  • Working on account management plans with the sales manager
  • Applicant should be comfortable working in and out of the office, and comfortable with face to face contact with clients.
  • Share knowledge and experience gained in local market across the network.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
  • Experienced within a B2B sales environment /advertising/media agency is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years B2B or advertising/ media sales experience.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and oral written communication skills.
