Job Description

  • Implement and sustain Code of Conduct and value systems.
  • Time Office operations and generating various reports.
  • H.R. Monthly Reports as per Hotel Standards.
  • Preparing and Conducting Town hall meeting.
  • Administrating all Statutory Compliance on regular basis.
  • Performance Management System for Staff and Executives.
  • Managing Employee Relations, redressing staff personal problems.
  • Liaison with Government Agencies.
  • Administration of Contract Labour.
  • Conducting various welfare activities.
  • Rationalize manpower utilization and carryout appropriate right sizing activities.
  • Interpreting and advising on employment law.
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Planning, and sometimes delivering, training- including induction for new staff.
  • Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Responsible for the entire direction of human resources development of the hotel
