Job Description

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention .
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning .
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to product managers.
  • Identify potential new business opportunities and provide the appropriate solutions .
  • Will be responsible for achieving annual performance metrics for new business sales, call expectations, and retention of strategic client relationships .
  • Developing new client relationships Client relationship management .
  • Write winning proposals to potential partners and clients .
  • Promote and sell our services, produce weekly reports to measure key performance indicators.

Additional Qualification and skills:

  • A minimum of a degree in related field
  •  At least 1-3 years work experience
  • Strong Research Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good Communication skills
