HR Assistant

Job Description

  • 3-5 years Human Resources Experience.
  • Pertinent HR tertiary capability
  • Solid learning on all the important Labour Legislation.
  • Involvement in entries of Workmans pay, Provident Fund, Monthly UIF, EMP201 and EMP205, Annual Employment Equity, Skills Development, WSP and ATR.
  • Involvement in Weekly Wages handling, month to month compensation preparing, Clocking frameworks, new representative interpretation of, worker end forms, drawing up representative contracts, Disciplinary procedures, enrollment and determination.
